All overseas orders are sent airmail with proof of postage. If you wish to have proof of delivery (i.e. signed for) let me know when ordering. There is an additional £3.00 charge for this service. Guarantees
Stewybus Records guarantees all stock. I will exchange or give a full refund on any item that is not in the condition stated in my listing. You must contact me within 7 working days of receiving the item. I will also refund the postage costs of any faulty goods bought from me, the refund to include both the delivery costs and the return carriage. Please notify me by email or telephone if you are unhappy with any item you have received from me.

Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged then please notify me by email or telephone within 7 working days. I will then either supply replacements or give full refund including return postage. Please do not send anything back without first contacting me.

Complaints
Please contact Stewybus by email should you have any complaint about my order fulfilment or customer service. Complaints will usually be acknowledged within 2 working days and will be thoroughly investigated within 7 working days.
